Parafield Airport Liquor Store (affectionately known as PALS) is an innovative, unique and well stocked bottle shop in Parafield, South Australia. They are well known for their great customer service and extensive range of products. Sam (the owner of PALS) and Jayme (the Operations Manager) are both passionate about their store and providing great customer service, so they wanted to ensure their website offered the same level of service and quality that customers experience in store.
For over 40 years Powercell have been a leading Australian manufacturer, distributor, and importer of batteries, powerbanks, torches, headlamps and sensor lights.
Powercell’s website was not meeting the needs of their customers and it did not portray the quality of their business and products. They knew they could provide a better service and a better online experience to their customers.

Dynamic Sports is an importer and wholesaler of sporting equipment. They engaged Techmark Digital to design and develop their first fully integrated ecommerce website. The website is used as both as a sales order portal for their wholesale customers and a shopping cart website for retail customers.

The Victorian Rifle Association worked with Techmark Digital to develop a custom-built Association Management System (AMS) that would integrate with their new association website. Techmark also assisted them to set up a new Point of Sale (POS) system in the bricks and mortar store and integrate that with their new website shopping cart. In turn all of this was integrated into their Xero Accounting system. The aim was to have a seamless end-to-end link to reduce the double handling of data. As a result, website sales are pushed into the POS for order fulfilment and in turn those sales are pushed in Xero for accounting.
