WA Salt
WA Salt is a large salt manufacturer in WA, North-East of Perth.
They engaged Techmark Digital to build a custom wholesale ordering platform that was integrated into their ERP system. The aim was to equip their customers to enter their own sales which would flow through into the ERP system for accounting and order fulfilment.
This solution reduced the administrative overhead of entering manual sales orders into the system as the customers themselves did the data entry via the sale order portal. This reduced admin time and errors and provided a great experience for their customers who now also had access to up-to-date pricing.
